Thank you for posting this Notre Dame Championship Season film! This was truly a gift from God to President Reagan! A special team with a special coach earning the honor of being voted as the best college football team in the USA for 1988, the last full year of the President, who was the main actor in the film, “Knute Rockne All American!” (1940 film about the father of Notre Dame football) The undefeated season was truly a gift for the Gipper and at the right time!
@jimmykelly4138 indeed Holttz did get his players the best quality steroids. Also, got Stonebreaker, Brooks, and Dubose the best lawyers when they got into their criminal troubles. Great organization indeed.
Shout out, and congrats, to a great man and coach, Chuck Heater ... Tiffin, Ohio! I was a defensive backs student manager at Ohio State 1986-1990, and Coach Heater was our coach my first two years with the team. #themobsquad #WWSGTWGR
I haven't watched this in a while but just checked it out. Audio was good. It is quite a popular video on my channel right now and no one else said anything about audio. Please try again.
@@joetolstoy3573 I have the original vhs. Maybe it is on my end but then it is just this one video. There are some parts where the audio is ahead of the video, and then suddenly jumps back.
@@sleekhangman1590 Okay, thanks. I thought you meant that there was no sound. I haven't watched it all the way through but I guess if there are a few glitches I'll have to live with it. I posted this almost a year ago but it has suddenly "Rocketed" in popularity despite the imperfections. It must be getting shared like crazy!
@ItAintRocketScience I'm not sure about that....🙁 Alabama, Georgia, Ohio State, Michigan, TCU, Clemson, Florida State, all of them are strong enough to make the CFP this year. Notre Dame, unfortunately, still has a way to go before they can go far. I STILL hate the fact that Brian Kelly had left from South Bend....🤦
Irish fan here, this is not the season we had hoped for. I guess we can try to win out and beat USC but if we play like we did against Louisville that won't happen.
Man did Hartman disappoint. He seems like a great guy but boy he didn't elevate the team at all. I didn't see much difference in his play and Pyne and you couldn't have made me think that was possible before the season.
