Well, it's mid summer and we needed to get away for an afternoon.
So we loaded up and headed over the mountain into Cataloochee Valley.
It's a pretty awesome place full of history and natural beauty.
All told we saw plenty of Elk. A Barred Owl. Native Brook Trout, Black Bears and tons of Butterflies.. It was very relaxing afternoon.
