🏁 it was really hard to watch that crown Vic get crushed. I am a proud owner of a 1987 crown Vic LX with 39,000 MI. That is my weekend cruiser, my crown Vic has never seen salt the car is still like brand new a real cream puff, everything still works. The panther platform was awesome too bad they got rid of it!!🇺🇲🏁🏁🏁😎🏁🏁🏁🏁🏁🏁🏁🏁🏁🏁

I had that same color combo. Silver with a gray vinyl top and gray velour interior. Drove it to 186k miles. Loved that car.

I was seriously looking for a big car like this a year or so ago. I found a decent Ford Crown Vic, but it needed inspected. REALLY liked a Mercury Grand Marquis, but there was an engine knock. Could have run it with Supreme, but with a V8 engine THAT would have been expensive. Finally got a Chevy Impala. Great car.

That crown Victoria was in better shape that half the new cars on the road. Why don't you guys try to sell the better quality vehicles online? My 91 bronco came from a junkyard, and it was mint except for the transmission. Put a used transmission in it, and off she went back into the wild.

If I bought a Crown Victoria I would atleast buy the updated model in the 2007 and newer range. Those older ones just don't do a thing for me,. I bought a 2007 Mercury Grand Marquis for my parents about 6 months ago.

Correct, 1989 model year with the VIN for the win: 2FA for Canadian made Ford passenger car, B for manual seat belts and no airbag, P74 for Crown Victoria LX, F for 5.0L (302 CID) V8 with EFI, 7 is a check digit, K for the 1989 model year, X for St. Thomas, Ontario Canada assembly and the rest is the production sequence. The St. Thomas plant was located in Talbotville, Ontario and operated until 2011. 1987 was the last year for the two door big Ford coupes like this. We got the tag, we can brag: 11 for Light Titanium exterior paint, 54K for Crown Victoria four door sedan, DC for gray vinyl roof, LA for gray interior trim, 8 for 2.73:1 rear axle ratio, non-locking, T for AOT four speed automatic overdrive transmission, and 57 for Houston TX sales district.
