This is at a theatrical venue at ASU's Tempe campus. This toilet has a weaker flush than many other of these toilets seen on RU-vid. And you can tell that perhaps the pressure has been reduced as you can hear the sound of the water through the pipe and flushometer almost louder than the flush itself.
