I'm from Richmond Virginia born and raised. I'm so thankful to those who fought for our civil rights back then that some people take for granted now.

I was a white kid in Beckley West Virginia moved to Richmond in the 60s been here my whole life my Mom married a man out of Richmond who to this day is a strong racist. What a lot of people don't understand is a person like that is not happy they are mean they are void of love in their lives. And most time they are cowards and they take their actions out on their kids I was not to have anything to do with blacks and if I did I was beaten. Went everything against my DNA I couldn't understand this. It wasn't a social program that changed me it was the Lord Jesus Christ changed me from the inside out and getting out into the real world. You could learn a lot about racism from a guy like myself. Yes I'm white but I consider myself a victim of racism from my stepfather.

It’s these confederates that urged an expansion of territory for slavery, and later brought on wars with the Indians of Georgia, and the Mexican American war, had we not been so lenient with the southern planters, likely the country would have never entered the Mexican war or the later civil war. The more we aid their cause the more the country will suffer in result, the Mexican American war cost the United States 200,000,000$, the civil war many times over that , had we not had the slavery, had we not supported the souths interests to create a plantation economy, we could have saved that much money, making america the leader in almost every sector, but instead we keep aiding the south, and we pay dearly in the end. It’s surprising that the north, who has twice as much wealth, industry, and intelligence continues to tolerate such injustice at the hands of the south, they could do what they want to them yet they do nothing, intriguing.
