Why Jung/Kelner couldnt compite in Barcelona 92? What did hapenned?

By 92 there was no East and West Germany, just one German team. Kellner was in the German 4+ that won the silver

I met Thomas Jung in person. He really lets the water accumulate on the oar and the push the power through the middle of the stroke. I have combined that with some of redgraves perspectives on sculling (they fit together nicely).
