Would somebody please forward this to G.M. Cadillac division. Tell them, this is what a Cadillac is supposed to be. Obviously, they don't know . P.S. GREAT CAR!!!
When you look at this model of fine automobile, you know immediately it's a Cadillac!! The standard of the world. Built in the United States by union workers of (UAW )
Man, I remember when I had mines bought it from a older guy who moved from Detroit to the south. It had hardwood floors something I never seen in a car. Most come with a 5.0 motor but it had a 5.7. I miss my car during a tornado a tree crushed it 😢😢😢
Very handsome car. One of the last of the good ones (the Town Car would soldier on for only a couple more years before being transformed into one of the most hideous cartoon cars ever). The Chevy 350 was one of the better engines put in the C-body.
I have a 2006 Town Car which I like, bought 4 yrs ago & 2 more payments. Now I need to maybe find a car like this in this shape with decent miles. These Cadillac's of course were nice looking cars than the modern smaller Cadillac.
IVE GOT 1 , A 1991 CADILLAC BROUGHAM D'ELEGANCE TRIPLE BLACK , GLASS MOONROOF , DOUBLE TUFTED BUTTON LEATHER SEATS , 5.7 , GOLD PACKAGE , 137,000 MILES AND RUNS LIKE NEW !! THEY DON'T MAKE CARS LIKE THIS ANY MORE SO IF U LUVE THESE AND HAVE A CHANCE 2 BUY 1 , JUMP ALL OVER IT !!!!!!
lmao my 91 brougham's trunk squeaks JUST like that. Opening and closing. I sprayed it with WD-40 and it's a little better now. Nice to know all brougham's do it and not just mine now...
Cars today don't even come close!! I had a Delta 88 and CEMENT truck ran red light!! Had baby in back seat!! Survived unscathed!! Can cars today boast like that?? 😁😁😁
that's a real automobile you can sit on the hood an don't total it out had one 425 went out put in a 500 out of a 75 Eldorado would haul ass ran up on a retired service old guy with a 69 wildcat Buick years ago we ran 80 to 100 miles an hour to caro Illinois police was to hot to handle we stop an talked at the next gas station pulled the hoods a he couldn't believe it fit an dudles snow white good old days
A tear comes to my eye every time I see one of these because it is just way too out of my reach. the only person I know who has one of these is an old cheapskate who thinks 3250 isn't enough for his 91 with 180000km and a smoker's car. he's my uncle too. I guess I'm never going to get my hands on one of these works of art
I'm also confused can someone please help? My 91 brougham has a gold medallion on the grille, and the same interior as the one in the video but mine is NOT leather. It's like crushed velvet but same design. Can someone tell me why? Is it limited edition more rare then yours?
@Hermann Goering the gold badge was sent to owners who purchased a new Cadillac to commemorate customer loyalty. It could be your first Cadillac or your 50th, it didn't matter. If you look closely at each emblem, the center piece has the number of Cadillacs you have owned in Roman numeral form. I,II,III,IV,V....etc.

A True Hog, this must bring back memories for Pimps and Prostitutes all over North America, this baby was an underworld classic and when Cadillac quit making these and started selling cheap plastic Caddies their sales went right in the toilet and never recovered www.amazon.com/dp/B00CFPN4A6/ref=rdr_kindle_ext_tmb
My daddy has the badest caddy ever from the factory Savannah Ga..with the same rims but they are gold and the red tag top and the gold grill and trimm and he has special made finder skirts off a 79 I think.Check me out on facebook at Ellis Reese
Oh I'm sorry, the '86 motor was the Oldsmobile 307, same as the base for '90. Not a lot of power, and not the greatest or worst on gas, but they were extremely reliable. I thought it was the HT-4100 but the last model year for that was '85, that motor was terrible.
I had the Oldsmobile 307 in an '84 Buick Electra. I may have changed the oil every 20k back then and it had something like 500k on it. The car eventually got totaled but the engine still didn't burn a drop of oil.
