I was on that trip. very nostalgic. thanks for uploading. saw many familiar faces, many no longer with us. it's many years since I've been to Campo. spent rather too many years of my life chipping paint with Norm Hill, god rest his soul. I've no idea of the current state of the line... derelict and abandoned probably. it should be taken over by the State of California or the Park Service as a National Monument, restored and leased to a concessionaire as a tourist attraction. it's almost criminal to simply abandon it and let it go to rack and ruin.

Following the train, and then rejoined the train at Titus siding as seen near the end of the video. This was so folks on the tail end wouldn't have an engine coupled and obscure their view.
