They were one of the last old-school Topps sets, with the brown cardstock. Definitely my favorite of the three 1990 sets.

I can not tell you , how many 'Rangers ' , I got in Port Charlotte, Fla...all of them...bats / balls/ 8×10's / posters.....field day...back clubhouse...those were the days...

In my opinion, leave your personal set as is. These cards were so mass-produced that you can get another copy of the cards to send in for grading. Personally, I put more importance on the sentimental value of my childhood collection over their financial value.

That's what I was assuming, as well. I was thinking to myself, "last I checked, Beckett had most of these valued anywhere from $.60 to $1.50 tops..."

Wasn't part of the regular set -- there were something like 100-200 made. www.psacard.com/cardfacts/baseball-cards/1990-topps-usa/george-bush-usa1/284982

You may be thinking of the George H.W. Bush Desert Storm card. The only non-player card in this set was the commemorative card of then recently-passed MLB Commissioner Bart Giamatti (actor Paul Giamatti's father).

I have the complete set. Wish it were worth something. But so many of my favorite players. Gary Sheffield is one of my favs. Ricky Henderson the greatest imo. The big unit and nolan Ryan record cards

Tiffany edition and the NNOF Frank Thomas, topps base are pretty much worthless; even OPC isn't a big deal (Frank Thomas is hard to get OPC but no real premium.)

There only sold like that as reprints your vintage authenticity is why you go get your cards graded . So if you have them from that year there that valuable
