The perfect 4runner.. I wanna do this exact project someday. Maybe add a 3rd row seating, in the cab or out.. but then again I like that little bed back there for straps and extra tool storage.

Mix of both. I had an idea of what I wanted but mainly just used what I had or could get for cheap to accomplish it.

Read the whole build thread on pirate. What would you suggest for me. I'm currently running a 5.3nv/np swapped 4runner. I want to go with super duty axles 94 and down ones. I can't afford coilovers at the time kinda like you and I'm doing all fabrication myself and teaching myself as I go. I want to do leafs but I want the ride height low like yours. Did you have any problems doing spring under? Im can run 35 or 37s. (I know those are small for tons but I'm wanting the wider stance and not a jacked up look.

Super awesome biuld nice work! But i would of put the 4.8 or 5.3 Ls truck motor instead of that 4.3 but, Just leaves room for more upgrades in the future 😉👍

5.13 gears, and tires in this video are 39.5's. I've since upgraded to 43's

leafs are much stronger and the lower center of gravity u get from axel over leafs is so solid, hard to get with coils and front fourlinked
