It's really bittersweet to watch Bo Jackson play in 1990, knowing he just had a few more games before that hip injury destroyed what could have been the most brilliant athletic career ever.
One of the games where the idea of Bo and Marcus came closest to fruition. Both had 17+ carries, taking the load off of Schroeder and controlling the clock.
@@jeremiahrose4681Definitely belongs in the HOF. There’s too many players not in yet. The Buffalo Bills Cornelius Bennett and Steelers James Harrison belong in the HOF. Too many to list.
Dan fouts is in but those guys are not. Seems wrong. So what he threw for a bunch of yards. He never won anything. If he gets in for passing yards then Townsend should be in for sacks alone. @@SuperFuck
It says a lot about the Dolphin’s franchise when I have to go back to the 80’s and 90’s to watch meaningful football games. It’s been a tough 20 years to be a fan of them.
The NFL scheduled so many Raiders road games at night between 1986-94 that KABC became something of a secondary primary station for the Raiders; they had not only broadcast rights to their MNF games, but also ESPN games because of the network's majority ownership by Capital Cities, which also owned ABC at the time. Not sure who simulcast TNT games for LA audiences.
Shula , 91 - 70 in the last 10 years of his career after 1985 season loss to Patriots in AFC championship , lost divisional - 1990 , lost Conference game at home 1992 , lost divisional 1994 , lost Wild card 1995 , Today that would get him fired .
Imagine had the Dolphins beaten the Patriots in that AFC title game. It’d of been the Dolphins vs Bears in Super Bowl XX. The Dolphins had handed the Bears their only loss all year. It’d of been interesting.
