Nice man, I had a question. I’ve been looking at these. It would be my first bike (I currently have a Yamaha Raptor 660 ATV) but I grew up riding dirt bikes, do you think this is too responsive for a beginner bike?
Ottomobili honestly it’s both a beginner and at the same time it’s not because 1.This bike will run away from you in a heartbeat 2.Its a very fun bike to have and enjoy for both cruising and when you just want to let it fly. But in my opinion it all comes down to your experience with riding a motorcycle, if you have never ridden one before and you want a beginner then no this isn’t the bike this bike and same for all the years of the K100 RS this bike is a fast sporty bike this is meant to fly and wants to fly lol but like I said it all comes down to your experience with motorcycles so honestly go for it because one thing is for sure ..... you will not regret getting your hands on one of these
@ottomobile I also began riding on a xr185 Than when i found a motorcycle i loved and reliable which is my 1985 K100rt that bacame my first experience on a full size motorcycle. Great bike to get to know the road on but only if you maintain awareness and practice how to do everything before any long ride from home. This bike can gooo!! It can be your best friend also if you do your due diligence on maintenance also. Know the bike in and out i think. I'm 34 and out of alk my motorcycles. This bmw is baby. Nothing better. Oh' its heavy! Over 500 ibs heavy. So dont have a bad battery far from home like me and have to push it a mile. Lol up hill. Many breaks. Good luck happy riding.
