Collection for '92 is almost complete. I just need Roenick's goal in Game 3 against Edmonton. If anyone has it or can help me find it, I'd appreciate it.
Fraser was doing everything in his power to gift wrap a win for the kings and still the oilers storm back on the next rush to win it AGAIN. Kerry lost 100k betting on the kings.
Chicago finished first overall in the 1990-91 season and were projected to go the final. They went up against the North Stars in the first round. Minnesota had the worst regular season record of all playoff teams. Chicago got upset 4-0. After that fourth game I vividly recall Hawks coach Mike Keenan trying to look calm after the handshakes. I’m in Calgary and even though the Flames were eliminated that season’s playoffs were an absolute thrill for all hockey fans. My favourite two goals were scored by Mario Lemieux of the Pens. First was the one against Boston where he schooled Ray Boutique on some awesome moves. Lastly was in the Final against Minnesota with a Herculean effort. The Bob Cole call on Hockey Night in Canada describing that play was also epic.
