Kevin is really the greatest...even with his Suz which wasn't always the fastest, i won very often. What a champion. Thanks you for all these moments mister Schwantz.
Back in the day i wanted Gardner to win everything. Looking back now, and comparing to today's riders, i love them all. Revvin Kevin, Mr Smooth Rainey, Doohan, Magoo, a bunch of others. Back then it was exciting
Gardner had very bad luck wih his injuries...but he could have won 3 titles easily (87, 88 And 90) He was as good as the best...And ThE one who worked his way around from Scratch to ThE top with more merit
Als 15jähriger klebte ich damals immer vor dem Fernseher und hab mir diese fantastischen Rennen angeschaut. Wahnsinns geile Fahrer, Motoren und packende Szenen.... 👍👍👍
Doohan knew (as did everyone else on the planet) what was coming at the chicane and trying to put space between him and Kevin is what put him that little bit too wide. Fuckin' Schwantz was almost supernatural on the binders!
I did enjoy those days. Used to troop off to the flat of a friend who worked in TV and got a VHS tape of races for the Monday or Tuesday evening.... All the classes, finishing with the 500s. Kevin Schwartz always looked like a man who was trying his hardest to crash but rarely succeeded. These were knights on two wheels. Remarkable riders on brutal machines. No less entertaining in those times were the 125s.... Swarms of bikes and well-timed lunges to snap the elastic at the last moment. Crazy days.
Anjay... masih seru moto gp yg dulu... apalagi era markesed... Dorna ada di balik semua permainan ini... motto gp settingan demi bisnis... gk pyur balapan... mbah rosy n markesed .. sama2 aktor.. Tp casey stoner lah yg pmbalab sejati di era modern
The Lucky Strike has strike The Marlboro and The Rothmans...? Wow That's Awesome...! By the way, my first cigarette when i smoke is Lucky Strike, and also my first Mororsport is Suzuki RG-R. Honestly i really want to try The Rothmans cigarrette, but i never found it in Indonesia. Some Body Help Me Please...?
I think Schwantz is the best rider ever. Unfortunately, he was resign in 500cc champions after his finger broke. And he decided stop to ride in 500cc champions. If not happen... Doohan may not necessarily be a world champion for 5 times in a row...
Schwantz was fast but he also crashed a lot. Hence the lack of championships. If Doohan wasn't still injured in 1993 on top of Rainey having his accident that same year Schwantz would likely not have won a single 500 championship.
