This is a review of the GI Joe teams second large static headquarters. Bigger than the first one from 1983, this new version adds lights, sounds and multiple spring-loaded missile launchers! Neat-o! I'll admit, this headquarters looks like an unfinished building compared to the stylish '83 version, but it does have the added bonus to be folded up for storage and potential figure carry.
