Same thing happen to me. I'm told that you have to take it to a machine shop to get it pressed on. Maybe that's why it's coming off for the ppl that are having trouble with it.

failed prematurely cuz you are missing the forward and aft dust covers that mate to the rubber lips just outside the bearing circumference

Slides right off if you weld a bead all the way around it

How long can you drive it like that?

I've had mine come off 3 time why does it do that
