Really part of basic maintenance, this video covers the messy way to drain out your transmission fluid, drop the pan, change the filter, and put it all back together again. Something I like to do quite a bit since it seems to make my automatic transmissions happy. This actually applies to both the 3 speed THM125C auto transmission and the 4T60-E Transmission found in all 3 brands of Spaceships and really any other GM car of this era.
Should work for any Lumina APV, Pontiac Trans Sport, and Oldsmobile Silhouette.
