You are right these things are great still see some on the roads, my first grade teacher bought a 1997 a year after she taught me sadly that next year in '98 she died at her kitchen table from congestive heart failure at age 46 she took sick all of a sudden she was a really sweet lady though.
My dad has a model which i cannot find i think it was made or first sold in texas then shipped to california where my dad bought it in 94 it has really beautiful woof fuel injection nice l.e.d lights on top beautiful color outside i think it cost hom 35,000 in 94 which is the year of the suburban we have the c1500
Interesting, adjusted for inflation this car would go for 56k, a brand new suburban would probably run 50k-60k but all of the new features and tech would probably account for that difference. It's interesting to see when tech was limited and the best way to extend a vehicles range was to add more gas haha. For reference a V12 S Class only has a 22 gallon tank
