1993 Tae Kwon Do Demonstration, Japan, ITF 

The men who created Taekwon-Do were proud when the martial art was introduced to Japan, partly because TKD was based on Karate in the 1950s. In this video from 1993, you can see that the sparring and board breaking techniques are advanced and, in some cases, extremely impressive. Park Jung-Taek and other pioneers participate.
