1993 TRX 90 finally finished with 140 Piranha motor and custom graphics.

I am adding a new 26 mm carb. The 20 mm carb works well but it does not have an idle screw… so weird!

Thanks. We sold it last season as my son needed a bigger quad. They grow so fast!

basic exhaust you buy online. Big Gun or HMF like I am using. Just route it thru the frame and bolts where stock exhaust bolts to.

Yes, I installed a small Full Throttle battery.

Do you just charge the battery every time? Or how did u install

@@tank_ss6724 the piranha motor has two yellow wires that charge your battery. You can hook them up either way!

The studs come with the spacers. Look online… I believe I bought mine on eBay.

Uses stock mounting points but I had to use washers as shims. Maybe I didn’t have the oem motor mount bolts???

It's a kit you can buy I think they are called piranha engines

It bolted right in. piranha copies the Japanese motors.

It is an HMF exhaust and I purchased it thru Tbolt.

Very nice setup. My neighbor was getting rid of their trx90 and I was able to get it from them for free. Bike doesn’t run and seeing your video I am definitely going to go with the piranha 140. Looks awesome! I’ll definitely be messaging you more to ask for help when I get mine done. How did you get the battery mounted? Under the seat? Thanks man!! Looking forward to more vida

@@EastCoast_883 Yes, I did mount it under the seat. I bought a full throttle battery as it is a super high quality battery. I still need to find a way to strap it down because the seat is the only thing holding it in place. Have fun!

There is no idle adjustment and I found that the spacer for the carb was allowing a little bit of air in so I used blue loctite and now it purrs like a kitten!
