Unless youve ridden one youll never know how versatile these are. I love mine so much, it's my daily rider amd long distince. Runs out at 80mph on cruise amd still gets over 40mpg. They are so great, I have a good full coverage screen and cruise as well as stretched legs hwg pegs, but im 6'3 and I like the situp straight ride. Never thought id like harleys. I rode a new full dresser a couple years ago amd it was too heavy and not a city bike and mileage stank. But my sportster is easy to work on and always starts even if warming up takes a while witgout efi
I'm sure you have ridden faster Sportsters than this one Ken! It's a beautiful bike but I am fairly certain there are way faster Sportys out there brother! I want to take a trip down to the museum this Summer and if I do you will have to take my Sportster for a couple wheelies and launches!

The mechanical gear is spun. Just get a new cable and speedo gear for the speedo to work again. Easy fix with a case of beer and about 1hour if your handy and about another case of beer and another hour if you're not lol. I have the same bike. Same mileage as you. Runs like a top!
Real Richmond all those extras aren’t worth a plug nickel when you go to sell it.... you’ll find this guy changes his tune big time when your selling one to him.
