Wow over a year and not 1 gang shooting in Cabrini green. I wonder if the approach Ecuador took by legalizing their gangs would work in places like chi and LA with significant gagn culture and history. I know after 10 years of implementing the gang legalization their murder rate fell 70%. But that was from 07-17 if any1 has some recent stats let me know
