Very good condition Taurus, only bad thing which is odd is that considering its a base model with the 3.8 V6 which that is actually the more powerful engine over the 3.0 V6 which is usually found in these base model cars!
@JDns-we4fw so LX was a more top line trim? My Dad's 96 GL had basically everything a SHO had except leather and the special bumpers, wheels and V8. His has the 3.0 Duratec and floor shift with pretty much everything else.
@@mattmaverick703 LX was under the SHO. Your dad had a 1996 which is a different generation car. The GL does not have everything the SHO has lol. For 1996 the GL had a lot of "a la carte" options. While his GL may have the 5 passenger seating option, since it is a GL it does not have leather seats, doesn't have leather wrapped steering wheel, doesn't have leather wrapped gear shifter, doesn't have electronic automatic climate control, doesn't have automatic headlamps, doesn't have bright finished aluminum wheels, doesn't have bright polished dual exhaust tips, doesn't have power passenger's seat, doesn't have the highline audio system with subwoofer, the list goes on. Those options I listed are available only on LX & SHO, not G or GL for 1996.
Where is the cigarette lighter outlet in this car? Been trying to find it, getting one of these soon and need to know where it's at, I use bluetooth for my radio and the antenna I bought plugs into one.
