In a game that, to most, is only a minor footnote in the story of the Braves' run to the 1995 World Series title, the Colorado Rockies picked up their franchise's first-ever Postseason victory in a ten-inning win at Atlanta.
Crazy that if the Rockies hadn't left the bases loaded with 1 out in the 9th of G1, and if they'd held their lead in the 9th of G2, they could have actually swept this series. They outplayed the eventual champs for the majority of the first three games.
The only good thing to come out of the 1994 strike was that the baseball network went away after just one postseason. The original agreement was for five seasons so had it not been for the strike we would have been stuck with it until 1998.
