Clean it gently with a cloth or shirt, I'd try not to use water (or at least very little water) due to it being a vintage watch, if you are concerned about general damage (scratches) you could send it to a third party (potentially Tudor themselves, though unsure) to polish it, it would lose some value though and wouldn't have a factory like finish on it.
