An old Billiards Digest Magazine from 1997 has an ad in the back saying, "Jeff Carter, Pro billiards Tour player lessons at Chicago Billiard Cafe.' They will not give me any contact info on him. Anyone know if he still teaches private lessons in Chicagoland?
He made a giant introduction when he visited the U.S. as an unknown to the pool community, they quickly found out , “he for real”, weather annihilating opponents in the back rooms, playing in high stakes games, dominating in tournament play and be the most humble man in a game where tempers occasionally flare, egos get hurt, he’s the quintessential pool player others, amateur and pros alike watch in awe what Efen can do on the pool table.
My goodness, pool enthusiasts may not have noticed it but that shot by Efren at 18:07 was a trick shot. Anyone doing that same shot would most probably hit any of the clustered balls (8, 12 and 14) after hitting the 3 ball. But the cue ball navigated its way past between the 8 and 12 balls after pocketing the object ball #3.
