Try this trick it will tell you if it's a lean bog.. Hold the choke half way while taking off. If it runs significantly better then it's a lean bog and you probably have a leak in the block somewhere.
I think I'm having same issue. Carb got rebuild new fuel lines and still same issue. How much did it cost to fix? My mechanic said is not worth fix for this year of craft..
Did you ever figure out what the problem was? I have the same problem!! My carb were rebuilt and fuel lines redone and i still cant figure it out!!!! ANy ideas or solutions that came out of yours??
I bought a used ski and it had too stiff a spring in the Carb and it did a bog like this demonstration. Previous owner must have replaced the spring during a rebuild and guessed wrong. I rebuilt the carb correctly and bought a pop off gauge, had to try a couple springs, but with the correct spring now, been running great. no more bog at all.
Yes I did. The Mag cranknseal had spun right out of the case. I replaced it but the damage was already done. I rebuilt the entire engine and its been running perfect, for years, now.
It could be several things from just a low-speed set screw set wrong a pressure problem or needing to rebuild the carbs and install a new selector valve in fuel lines
