The swishing sound on the passenger side is the water in your heater core... gets a little air in there and it bubbles (my truck does that) and and idk what the wining sound is (my truck also does that) but you can always lie to people and say its a super charger ;) sound exactly like one
The whining sound is definitely your power steering pump very con on to have problems with that on this truck and as far as the rust it doesn't snow in arazona so they don't use road salt actually the cleanest rot free trucks come from arazona
