The Frame was painted, Willing to bet, overspray on the bottom of the truck above Frame. I do like the 5 spd, otherwise, this truck looks to have done some towing, an E4OD would be tired.

These didn’t come with factory leather. Must have been redone in leather at some point. Rear bumper is also not factory oem. Beautiful truck tho

My dads truck had that bumper. Ford offered a variety of bumpers plus no bumper.

Just to let you know,,,,,,I own a 1997 F-350 4X4 long bed/crew cab. 5 spd. 7.3L Powerstroke (148K original miles I bought it new) AND yes this bumper did come on these models. AND yes these models did come with leather on the XLT series. Just to educate you ,,,,,not to be smart ass.
