I had uploaded another video of the Transfer Case area where the Actuator Motor sits. "Lock Position" is when the motor shaft gear is all the way counter clock wise...when you install it back on the Transfer Case, make sure you have the gear wheel (on the transfer case) moved to the lock position too (refer to the other video), that gear needs to be rotated clock wise by hand until the fork engages the Front Differential.
Yes, so as you can see, the Actuator Motor was working properly, the problem was with the Transfer Case, the Shift Fork No 2 was not engaging the Center Diff. Assembly, but not because of failure in the components, but because of lack of proper lubrication!! Yes, the oil was too old! The gentleman whom I bought my truck from probably never used/engaged the 4x4 allowing the Differential lock, and certainly never changed the oil, so everything inside was gummed and stock. The fixing was to change the oil and engage and disengage the Differential Locking several times after until it works, in my case it started working the first time I tried. It also help to do the MOD of the CDL (center differential lock) Switch to allow the Transfer Case to engage in HI, that helps the Transfer to keep all lubricated properly. NOTE: Yo may or may not have to take the Actuator Motor off the Transfer. Sometimes the Oil Change will take care of the problem, if not, take the Actuator Motor off, stick your hand inside the chamber and move the gear manually (unstuck it) and then put it back on. Hope this help.
