I have a 2007 HD Ultra Electra Glide, with this same radio (PMX-HD9813) and all controls work perfectly... except for SOUND. 😢 The bike is stock (audio related). There is a blue wire loose coming from the RCAs plug that is connected to the radio, but the bike has no RCAs to connect to... Could it be that? What I am missing?? Thanks.
Thanks @antmrod1972 for that detailed info. If you're using the Rockford Fosgate TM400X4ad amplifier as supplied in the kit, then the amplifier may not be turning on properly. It turns-on using the DC Offset present on the speaker output wires. This eliminates the need to use the BLUE turn-on wire, so it doesn't need to be connected. Go into the AUDIO section of the radio and verify the INTERNAL AMPLIFIER is ON. When audio is detected on the speaker outputs, it "tells" the amplifier to turn on.

Make sure the radio is setup for BT Device Pairing: 1. Press + hold the MENU button to access "BT Pairing > Discoverable > Device". 2. Select "Enable" to make sure the unit is discoverable for pairing. Open the Bluetooth setting on your mobile device to find "Rockford PMX" and select it. 3. Access the Bluetooth source, by momentarily pressing the SRC (Power) button and rotate the Volume knob to select "Bluetooth".
