Robin and Jason’s conversation is full of so many truths. Carly is to blame for all of these events. But she never seems to be held accountable. Strange writing.
Carly will NEVER have the place in his heart ❤ that Robin ALWAYS will. No matter what he loves Robin, because they have truth and trust between them. Sure they have some hard times ahead but they'll eventually forgive each other because of the pure love 💘 they have.
There is so much truth to what Robin said to Jason about keeping Michael's secret. Everyone is so hard on Robin for her testimony, but conveniently forgets how Carly's actions and lies contributed to this situation.
I don't agree. Because it doesn't matter what Robin says. Because as long as they convict Tony for kidnapping and not custodial interference then he will go away for a long long time.
I love Jason setting Carly straight. In other words, he was saying “try me” and see what happens to Carly. She was using Michael to manipulate Jason but Jason called her bluff.
True. Plus I think Tony was having a midlife crisis with his daughter’s death, having an affair, his life & marriage blown apart, then thinking he was going to have a life with Carly and the breakup. It was all a hot mess.
It seems like the reason that Jason likes his relationship with Carly is because he’s the one with power in this relationship. With both Sonny and Robin, he doesn’t have power because he’s learning and following what they do. With Carly, he’s in charge of everything.
Bottom line this messy storyline took some awesome characters and made them low like Carly character. When you lie it leads to you telling more lies. It's never acceptable to lie. Always tell the truth and a person that dislike a person for telling the truth need to closely examine what type of person they are. This has always been a stupid storyline, GH allowed bad writing to destroy some of their best characters and the actors went along with it.
I’m totally convinced……..all of the decisions that Robin are making are because of Carly……..and her dislike of her…….and the fact that Jason is faithful to Carly……Robin can’t handle that…….she justifies her actions using Carly as an excuse…….but no matter what……Carly is Michaels mother and Robin needs to get over it…….and another thing……Carly lying doesn’t justify tony taking Michael and it’s not robins responsibility to advocate for him either…….she was very naive here.
Honestly Jason should’ve sent Carly packing and on her way out of town back then without Michael because she’s nothing but a bad influence and always make everything about herself. If anything there’s a lot of truth on what Tony said about Jason and his business to be a danger for Michael, years later he was right once Michael got shot, put in prison and raped.
I don't understand why jason let Carly get away with almost all of her lies to people.but with Robin jason told her that it was not right at all even about a.j was the real dad to Michael
AJ kidnapped Michael and made everyone think that he was dead. But he is just as worse as Tony is. But Jason is a way better Father to Michael than AJ. But the fact is Tony was never Michael's father and thank God for that.

5:31 Jason told Robin that when he found Michael, whoever kidnapped him, was going to pay. She must have forgotten. That’s why Jason doesn’t really care about what Robin or anyone else says on the stand. Tony is going to die for what he did. And anyone else who hurts Michael will die, too.
Robert tries to put two so blame on Carly and try to listen Tony's actions the Tony kidnapped an innocent child because he believed that he was better suited to raise baby Michael then he can have his own son Lucas and and thought it was the same as what he was doing for Michael I'm not saying that Carly's innocent she contributed to Tony's mental state but ultimately when he found out that Carly was his ex-wife Bobby's long lost daughter that he was having a relationship with his stepdaughter I think that took him further over the edge but it was ultimately he had an affair with Carly Carly chastin instigated the seduction of Tony but he could have resisted he did it in Ultimate gave in and when he was discover having it affair with Carly he decided could not let Bobby be right so he begrudgingly decided to stay with Carly and make the best of it I want Carly got pregnant he. It was a necessary evil to be with Carly to have a child but ultimately when he found out the child wasn't his he couldn't have faced that he made a mistake of choices he had ultimately Tony should be held accountable for all the things he did from that then on when he found out that Carly was Bobby's long lost daughter there's a legal definition between not legally couple for his actions that is Tony didn't understand right or wrong the consequences is actions he's not legally couple but Tony understood what he was doing was wrong and the consequences of his actions and that's why I don't like what problem did on the stand trying to lessen Tony's crimes his actions and try to justify what he did to Jason and Carly
I think jason should have been more understanding in why carly was upset . Also I think jason should have heard all the crap robin said to carly plus all the threats about micheals " real dad" I think carly hates that jason told the secret to Robin's bc robin used it to scare carly & keep her in line. Damn robin called Jason a kidnapper as much as tony. Its akin to when aj said robin Jason & carly were no different than tony except Tony got caught " ouch.
Robin is also pissed that Jason agreed to this make-shift family with Carly. Remember, he was cheating on her with that chick. Deep down she wants Carly away from Jason.
I still don't understand how Robin is "hypocrite" for telling the truth, and why people hate her for it. When the whole time over the last 21 years that Carly has lied and schemed on GH. Why would anybody defend her is beyond me. As for Michael he would be fine. Come on now, he was adopted by Sonny. I loved JnR growing up, and frankly still one of my favs. But Jason was an idiot during this situation, and sadly he lost everthing because of Carly. At least Robin is true to herself and stands up for what she believes in.
Robin didn't take this opportunity to tell AJ the truth at this point, did she? No, instead after Carly shot Tony and went away, Robin very happily set up house with Jason and Michael, the "truth" be damned. Robin's not just a hypocrite, but she's snooty and smug and selfish, too. I now and 4ever will hate Robin Scorpio.

I can't believe what Carly said to jason about Robin.i like what jason said to Carly about Robin in the court house his face experience said a lot and with such conviction that was strong for Robin even though they were not together yet but that change later on but only to be broken up again for good part of it was because of Carly and all her lies and her actions and more
Uh no. Carly didn't break them up. ROBIN did with her pathetic jealousy and insecurity against an infant. Robin ruined her and Jason by once again, making decisions for him, something she knows he hates. And once again, Robin treats Jason like shit, causes chaos and hurt in Jason's life and runs away from the aftermath of her actions.

@1.25 I had to rewatch that part again to make sure it was Jason. I thought I was watching Sonny the way he was speaking to Carly. I would’ve grabbed my kid, some money 🤣 and left.
Wow, I can't believe Monica and Bobbie are talking this way about Tony, like he's a stranger they don't even know, criticizing him so severely for kidnapping MIchael. They've known Tony for YEARS...and known him to be a good man. Unlike Carly, who blew into town just 2 years ago and wrecked havoc on everyone's life, certainly including Bobbie and Tony's! And definitely AJ"s and even her adopted mother paid the price for Carly's selfishness. And yet, somehow she glides out of all that with hardly any scratches. Oh, maybe a few people get mad at her, maybe REALLY mad at her, but a few weeks later they go back and are nice to her again. Wow, and I just listened to what AJ said. Apparently at this point, he doesn't know the truth that he's the father. I hope that if he did, he wouldn't be going so easy on Carly. Frankly, after what she did to him (she even admits it), I wouldn't think he would want to go anywhere NEAR Carly, much less do anything that remotely helps her, even if Michael IS hers. GEez!

I'll have to stop reading the comments. Do some people not realize that this is a fictional soap opera? These characters are not real and they are formed by writers who sometimes fail miserably. All this I hate Robin, I hate Carly nonsense is ridiculous. Having said that, thank you for posting. It is enjoyable to revisit these storylines.
If robin love Jason and Michael like she claim she would have put tony in jail for them.. Tony almost killed her too she always on a damn high horse like she better and knows better yet she don't but once carly was gone she stepped in and played mommy to her child and knew she was wrong for getting tony off so she had sex with Jason to get forgiveness..
Carly says: "I'm not gonna let Robin jeopardize my child's safety"!! WHO jeopardized Michael by allowing him to be kidnapped? CARLY! As for what Robin said, she is SPOT ON. Jason insisting that Michael going to Q's would be terrible for baby and denying AJ parental rights/knowledge IS the SAME as some of Tony's reasons and his actions for taking the baby, namely that baby with Jason is dangerous/terrible. Period. Why is it OK for Jason and SO not OK for Tony that he should be sentenced to 40 years in jail!? And Robin is the Voice of Reason and Reasonableness -- the character is written just that way to give balance to some of the other black & white views a la Jason "this is all I can do, this is what I know" and Bobby now insisting Lucas would be in danger after marrying the guy for gods' sake! and Brenda with her insistence that Jason give Robin up . . . esp. when he HAS! Jason accepting Carly and all her lies does not make any sense to me. Always DEMANDING that Robin or Sonny or others not lie to him, but Carly's lies are OK. Really really dislike Carly character; I see her as the corruption of Jason . . .
Agree completely with you, JK and thank you! I especially like what you said about Robin and Carly. I think Robin is the voice of reason here, too, and kind of shocked that all the major characters who have known Tony for years are so critical of him and Robin right now.
