Real Quiet and Victory Gallop and their rivalry are very underrated. Their Belmont is epic.

I recorded all three races of 1998 Triple Crown in a VHS tape and eigthteen years later, I still watch on my TV whenever I can. Real Quiet and Victory Gallop were two excellent thoroughbred horses. Greetings from Venezuela.

Real Quiet was my favorite race horse when I was young man. The Belmont hurt my soul.

And twenty years later Mr. Baffert has 2 triple crown champions and counting....arguably the greatest thoroughbred trainer ever.

I simply fell in love with this horse and bet him in the Derby and Preakness! Loved his finish in the SA Derby and felt he was peaking for the Derby!

Nice memories but, if you had just continued on a minute or so, we could have heard Mr. Baffert's (in)famous comment about folks "finally believing my bullshit". On National t.v.!

I have seen some of thr racehorses in the past go through the Kentucky Derby and the Preakness and win but the Belmont Stakes is a lot tougher , because the track is big and plus the race is longer than other 2 . Some have won it and many have lost it . It would be a miracle from our Lord God if there is a 12th Triple Crown Winner and I pray that it will happen . If it I'll Have Another wins then he wins and if loses then continue stay Triple Crown No. 11 .

Real Quiet has always been my favorite horse. He was gutsy, ran with a chip on his shoulder. His loss in the Belmont was a gut punch. But he was a thriller, sure was. Just an incredible champion.

Real Quiet produce a very good horse that raced in our country way back middle of 2000.Named Real Spicy owned by Esguerra Farms.A triple crown strong contender though he only won one of those three races,he is still regarded as one great horse ever raced in our local dirt. 🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭
