In 1997 after Michael Richards accepts his award, Jerry Seinfeld presents best actor, contested by Dave Letterman, Jay Leno, and Michael J Fox from Spin City. Jerry wasn't included in the nominees, and wasn't shy to make note of it. Hilarious!

All due respect to Michael Richards' performance as Kramer, but Jason Alexander deserved at least one of those statuettes. A far more troubled, layered character on the page and off. But through all that, Jason's George was properly hilarious.

yeah pretty dumb. George was legit funny. Kramer was usually just silly slapstick/physical humor. but these awards shows are farces anyway.

I just watched the 1990's in a 5:32 minutes clip. Please post some more VHS recordings, I used to record a lot of stuff back then but I threw 'em all out somewhat 10 years ago. I really enjoy seeing the classic VHS quirks.

Sorry,but if you pay attention,Seinfeld is not presenting the best actor award. He's presenting the award for best 'Variety or Comedy Show' ,and he's using his appearance to do a bit about himself and Michael J Fox.It was funny as he usually is ,but you missed the context of his appearance ,both with your title and opening paragraph.

Art King Kong It's not that I don't like '98, it's that it is such a bland year compared to others. Still it would be a great year to go back in time and invest in everything internet related (Google was founded in '98!), but the year itself isn't high on the destinations of time travelers I think.
