I guess that's why the old owners only drove that camry only in the day I guess. Those headlights need to be replaced before someone buys it.

i have the same car v6 and bruh the headlights were so bad i replaced them and i can finally see at night 😂. i honestly love my car tho. she’s a fighter. 385k miles 😭 ima keep her forever. i’ll swap the engine if i have too. i just love the style of this car lol

Sorry, I don't see much, except irritated by the internal side of the wind shield, it was kind of dirty and all light from outside are greyed out. I feel like kind of sleepy.

I have a 2000 with 141K miles. The engine is making a knocking sound that doesn't sound like rod knock, but maybe main bearing knock. I am pissed. Unfortunately it really does not sound like a water pump or belt or something like that, it sounds like internal engine noise.

Well my advice don’t give up on it. This Camry was also knocking from the motor it was the rear timing cover. It was bent from the inside. Mechanic had to take all the timing components out. It was a pain. Luckily it was also leaking oil so seals timing belt everything was replace and fixed at once. Idk if this will be you’re issue but I wish you luck lol🤞

@@povnelson2019 Thanks. The guy (dealer) I bought it from took it back and gave me a less messed up car. My mechanic was adamant it was internal knocking sound from a bearing or rod. So I didn't want to take the chance, I went with a hyundai I don't like nearly as much but it is newer and has a healthier sounding engine.

Idk I’ll have to figure that out lol the ac is also not working 100% s yeah. The Camry is over 20 years old and used that’s why.

Probably something with the bulbs that light up the dash inside, they may need replacing, my 1998 Toyota avalon has the same problem, except it's the heat and gas guage that isn't fully lit up at night

Those are bulletproof cars man. But it's getting old, I'd say get a good mechanic to check it out before you buy it, cause things can definitely wear over 20 years. Then again, it is a thousand dollars, you surely don't get much for that amount nowadays, I don't think there would be anything crazy to lose if it's one grand.

I just spend over 600$ in this Camry just bc it was leaking oil. Lol so look and if the vehicle need more than 1grand in repairs I say pass. Lol bring you’re mechanic with you for advice or take it to a repair shop you trust before buying. Good luck to you my man 👍
