Yes. Those 4 players were treated most unprofessionally. I would have liked Longmire as coach. He is a solid, decent bloke and would have navigated North through the problems of the early 2000’s. This Saturday he’s a grand final coach…again. I wonder what Scott is doing.
Yep, Geelong has shown just how important it is to keep quality senior players around. Their footy smarts and leadership for young players can be invaluable. It also mucks up the culture when anyone over 30 is virtually seen as passed it.
