If you happen to be watching this in 2022 and don’t want to cut your harness, Metra PN 72-7800 is a Honda speaker harness adapter that is plug and play I.e no cutting needed.
hi sorry for the very late response, they should turn on with the head unit, if you are using an amplifier and are having troubles might have to check the remote power wire to ensure its getting signal.
wow sorry for the amazingly late reply, hope you were able to source them, unfortunately i don't know the answer to that. I tend to grab screws every time im at the local wrecking yard. can never have too many OEM screws!
