Christopher should win! Yes, Janos 's tricks are amazing ,but he fails so many tricks. Christopher 's performance is good too, and he do not fail so much tricks. Therefore, Christopher should win.
While he had much better execution that Janos, none of his tricks were really bangers, and weren't really memorable. He totally deserved at least second place, and maybe would have been first if he hadn't thrown his yoyo at the end (immediate 5-point reduction, if you checked the scores)
Sooo. You are correct. Janos's score was 89.6 and Chia's was 86.1. Detaching the string from finger is -5 points. So if he hadn't done that he could've won because he would've got a 91.1. BUT he might have gotten some creativity points but it might not be more than 5. He could've gotten more or less so its like you don't know who did better. And if Chia could've won without the detach.
He didn't get a deduction, I'm not sure why, maybe because it was intentional and didn't endanger the audience, but he received no major deductions on the scarier sheet.
