Post Office Employees signed a contract that they cannot take photos or record in the Post Office. I think that confuses them.

Exactly. Couple their policy about THEM not recording with the myth that most people believe that you need consent and there you have the problem.

Absolutely AWESOME! The police (Except the "Right here" who wouldn't identify) and You Sir, all did a perfect education, triumphing over ignorance. No foul language nor disrespect on your part, the perfect professional education job. And even "Right here" did come around to the Constitution's side. The staff and some customers of the PO did a TERRIBLE job, harassing you while claiming you were harassing! @@godividarr No, there are no state where permission is required to record openly in a public place. Some states require two-party consent to record in a PRIVATE setting, if the act of recording is surreptitious or not disclosed.

If land is owned exclusively, the federal government takes over all the law enforcement responsibilities. Federal officers and agents are responsible for handling all investigations and cases, and the local police do not come onto the facility to investigate or arrest suspects. The only power the non law enforcement officers would have in an area of exclusive jurisdiction would be to serve process, in other words, summons or subpoenas.

Just sad how they ignore posters and memos from the USPS Inspector Services that allow photography. I downloaded poster 7 directly from the USPS website, and I'm Canadian. Sad how I know the rights 1A better than most Americans. Just seems like feelings are more important than peoples rights. The same right that allows citizens the freedom of religion also includes freedom of the press. And no, citizens don't a press pass to exercise that right. When the 1A was written, there was no such thing as news media we see today. Press means every citizen.

For everyone reading these comments be sure to pass this information along. While laws vary from state to state the majority, if not all, states maintain that traffic violations is a criminal offense in which guarantees Citizens the right to a jury trial. While most citizens will just pay the fine to not be further inconvenienced. I would hope everyone would opt for a jury trial to stop this revenue raising scheme. The judicial system already cannot handle the current backlog of cases pending and an influx of traffic cases opting to go to a full jury trial would completely shut the system down. It's simple economics, would the system want to spend all the money it takes to empanel a jury for a traffic violation that's not worth a fraction of the costs associated with a jury trial? Respectfully and peacefully revolt by exercising this right.THE CAMERA IS AN ACCURATE RECORD OF STATEMENTS AND ACTIONS. THATS WHY THEY DONT LIKE IT. IT TAKES AWAY POWERS THEY THOUGHT THEY HAD 🇺🇸ALWAYS FILM THE POLICE, THEY FILM US!🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸!ITS OUR DUTY AS CITIZENS TO KEEP OUR GOVERMENT ACCOUNTABLE, JUST LIKE THEY DO TO US! If Police are not governed properly by the laws of their country, but by a law made for them only ; This may in time make them look upon themselves as a body of men different from the rest of the people and as they and they alone have the sword in their hand they may sooner or later begin to look upon themselves as the lords and not the servants of the people! We don't instigate, we investigate, and if you violate our rights, we litigate"!!! police know cameras can put the knee on the necks of their careers.!!There is no bad situation that a cop can't make worse!

No sam we don't want nor do we need to be a part of a frauditor you-r-a-fool video. This idiot was lost. He was looking for a movie sound stage and in a mental health crisis wandered into a post office. Get help bd. Then harassed a patron who was doing what is SUPPOSED to be done in a post office, mailing a package. I hope next time someone slaps a stamp on the grauditor and ships them to North Korea so they can figure out what a tyrant really is. Friggin idiots. Then for the court part you buffon, for a very short term you would jam it up, then 1 of 2 things happen. Either taxes increase enormously to cover many new courthouses and judges so all the cases can be heard this way or the laws change from a fine TO JAIL TIME. Want a jury trial, ok, then jail time is the punishment instead of a fine. See how big and brave you are then genius. End of the day sovcit guru, drive like a sane person with license registration and insurance and you won't need 5o worry about it. Newsflash cops hate ticket writing. It's tedious boring crap. But sovcits know everything just ask them they n will happily tell you they do.

You would think, in the 10 months I’ve been watching these videos that the Post Offices would have received a memo about the Auditors. I’ve heard that they did. Still, they raise a fuss almost every time!! They’ve forgotten that they are public employees. That includes many Post Masters!! It’s amazing! I like Public Library Audits, also. They have forgotten that they are Public employees, also! They think that patrons are private and can’t be filmed. Children are NOT EXCLUDED in the Right to film in public! That’s usually a huge argument in Libraries.
