🎹 Hey there,
I just wanted to thank you all for a great 2023! I've made a mix of all my sad piano music from 2023 on this channel, so I hope you enjoy it!!!
I started this channel as a hobby project alongside my piano studies. I wanted to play different styles and genres because I was mainly into classical music. At first, I was afraid to share my music publicly, worried that my friends and family might find it and either make fun of me or think I had some mental issues 😅
Well, I did it anyway and started uploading my first sad piano pieces to this channel. After a few songs (I think it was right after my upload of Depression), my channel started to blow up and people even wanted to use my music for small independent film projects. I'm so thankful for that!
Funny thing on the side: A few of my friends, whom I hadn't told about my channel, contacted me and surprisingly the OPPOSITE HAPPENED. Nobody said anything negative about my music, they were all astonished by the views 😁
I was a bit inactive in the past few months, uploading only a few videos, but I've never stopped making music. I'm mainly composing trailer music (completely opposite to this kind of music haha) and some other genres that I don't make publicly available.

Hi, I wanted to thank you for creating these beautiful compositions. It inspires me a lot while making my own music and has helped me through some rough times. I started to play the piano around three years ago and because I didn't feel any progress being made skill-wise, I began to get demotivated to play at all. Your compositions are not too hard to play (which is a good thing) and motivated me to practise the piano again. Like ! I think. Drawn in opposite directions. Soothing. Comforting. Yet it also reminds me of Her. A reminding full of tears and quiet desperation because She is Gone. She who touched my Life so briefly that forty years later her touch still resonates there :-(

Thank you Samuel. THIS Post. I keep coming back to it. I resonate with it. To me, not sad, not happy, not desperate, not hopeful. It is my "GO-TO" when I need to shut out a World that assaults my Soul . MORE PLEASE ! Longer only . A humble thought however ---》 remember the Colour Organs that were popular in the '60's and early '70's ? Take this Post AS-IS and transmogrify it for Light in STEREO or even 3D. A Post vectored to VR Headsets. Throw in CHROMESTHESIA and one would go a whole level DEEPER into a more emmersive experience. Call it PHONONS AND PHOTONS. Alpha Wave patterns, biophysiology, Smell, Taste, Touch. This could become a Portal to totally new places in the GOGGLEVERSE of Time-Spaces; material for interdisciplinary Graduate Degree Work !
