wow, i mean what can i say, i started siege the day before this season came out and damn summer 2020 was lit, playing this game hours on end its just amazing. ive never had such a strong feeling for a game since minecraft xbox 360 this theme song just reminds me of how everyday the 5 stack would play everyday hours on end, unfortunately the 5 stack is split into 3 me and @ItsLuma 4 others and 1 on there own (ik its not 5 but thats the people we would play with in a 5 stack) operation steel wave, thank you for the fun you provided me for 3 months straight! this shooter was so refreshing and different LONG LIVE OPERATION STEEL WAVE!
I have been following the game since it was released, and bought it when this season updated. (The exact day) It was a real dream-come-true moment, when I could learn all of the maps, characters, guns etc... I can remember playing it with my friends all the time, and it was something new, something different from other games. Our favourite custom game map was the OLD Chalet (I dont like the new one), and we would always figure out tactics, strategies against each other... We were (I think) the happiest guys that could play this game, then I have noticed that a new season is going to arrive. At first, I was really excited to have more new maps and two more characters and to play more on chalet... But when I was watching the video I felt like I have been stabbed in the back. I felt like Ubisoft betrayed me, wanted me to hate this game, and wanted to turn it into my least liked game... (This is still my favourite game) When I have heard the changes in the video, I almost cried. They took away our acogs, the old chalet, the new maps and they only focused on giving us 1 operator. Needless to say, all my friends that played this game said that it was not fun anymore, and they just left the game, leaving me (the only one who wanted to still play the game, beacuse I could not believe that this had happened) behind. We stopped playing together, the game just felt boring, nothing special, and nothing new. The game started being worse and worse since the shadow legacy season, and I think that Ubisoft is really not interested in the game's future. We dont need new characters, we want a good anti-cheat software, NEW MAPS, and ability to choose OLD MAPS i custom games (maps before they got reworked). Also maybe giving us the option to give back acog to the defenders and certain caracters. I am really disappointed in what the game has become. This was, and will be my favourite game (Or maybe just the earlier parts of it), but I dont enjoy it anymore. The excitement that you have had when a new season dropped, is no more. I enjoy playing Tarkov nowadays, and I am still learning that game, but it is more fun to lose my gear in that game, than to win a ranked in this game. I would like to point out that THIS IS NOT A LETTER SAYING THAT UBISOFT IS THE FAULTY for all of this, but they have been envolved in it. If you have read my whole comment, thank you, it means a lot to me, because I am really sad and under a great pressure these days, and remembering the old season just made me do this commment. I started playing when this operation came out, and god damn it’s what led me to stick to this game through 3 more operations. It welcomed me to a sense of tactical ness that just had me craving more. Unfortunately, it was all to a halt when my friends switched to PC (and I didn’t have one at the time) and when Chinese women suddenly have prosthetic arms that shoot laser gates.
