Thank you so much. One of the best recipes I have tried. Qeema was so yummy. I did add some ground black peppers and more GM to suite my hubby’s taste. The way you described the technique it was easy to follow, pause the video and wait for the next step. Also great explanation of the steps so I enjoyed the process like a science experiment 😀
