Bay leaf - 3 nos
Big Onion -
Red Chilli Powder - 2 tbls
Coriander leaves - half Kattu
Mint Leaves - half kattu
Ginger Garlic Paste - 3 tbls
Tomato -
Green Chilli - 10 nos
Curd - 3 tbsp
Vegetables (carrots, Beans, potatoes, Soya Chunks)
Rice - 1 Kg
Katharikkai Kotsu ( 1/2 KG )
Sesame Oil -
Musturd Seeds - 1 tsp
Fenugreek Seeds - 1 tsp
Whole Pepper - 1 tsp
Katharikkai - 1/2 kg
Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
Tomato - 4 big size
Green Chilli - 6 nos
Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
White saseme seeds paste ( Grind 3 tbls white sesame seeds + water )
Vanilla Ice Cream
Heavy whipping Cream - 3 cups
Condensed Milk - 1 can
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
