I dont find Tom Daley at all arrogant standing up to homophobes and losing his dad to cancer at such a young age i find people in Britain jealous of others success and finding happiness in life !!
Jack Ffrench (the guy in the thumbnail) retired from diving shortly after this performance. Shame because he is such a nice lad and lacked the arrogance of the Tom Daleys, Daniel Goodfellows and those Haslam brothers.
There is some utterly scandalous judging going on here! Really upsets me when divers do a lower DD dive REALLY well and are not rewarded with the proper judges scores. The 203B at 11:00 is a 8.5/9 dive yet is scored 6.5/7! Clueless!!
I am in total agreement with you. This is my 2nd time seeing this video. And I was outraged at the lower dd dives being done well yet were scored poorly. Can someone say why this is so?
@@ryanhunter2231 Whether or not a diver is too close to the board is subjective but YES that (combined with the fact he took off about a foot from the end of the diving board) contributed to the very low scores. I think 3/3.5 would have been a fairer reflection of the dive.
