The other thing you need to learn is when to break it off, when to end the consentual conversation; which is what you were having. You were not going to get any of those idiots to agree because that meant them giving up their power they think they hold. You should have told them that you were finished talking with them and that you were going to continue with your business and then walked away from them. Yes, they can follow you around the building but they can't stop you from filming. If they try to talk with you just ignore them. You need to learn how to ignore people as well. At the end of this video it was quiet clear that it was time to just end the conversation with them; you were not going to get them to agree and so just walk away.

Asking for "permission" to do a lawful activity in a publicly accessible area is essentially like changing rights into privileges. Taxpaying citizens are being told they need to ask *permission* from tax funded state agency employees to grant them privileges. _You'll need our permission to have the privilege to do what all other citizens are already allowed to do with out a camera. Now obey what we say or our security footage of you will be used as primary evidence in a court of law._

I genuinely appreciate the woman you first talked to. You go into the building and show plaques, she discusses some government and how it all works. It's informative and interesting. Truly nice to get a break from people who scream and yell at you and refuse to talk. That woman is awesome! :)

And why i always hated politicians, public employees because that were born to lie, never speak the truth, deflect and get rid of you. I had a piece of land next to my house which was mine for more than 30 years and that is agricultural land, one day got the new taxes with both lands on it and increase of 1200$ per year. before i paid 1600$ for my house taxes and 150$ for that other land next to it, now they wanted 2800$ per year. So i called the city and asked how that happened?? and WTF??? The lady from the city said : I asked for it and wanted 1 lot instead of 3 lots. I said i have never asked the city anything!!!! And she said she had the paperwork, my signature and my demand, so i asked to have copies of it all and fax them to me, mail them to me or send them by e-mail!!!. 2 weeks later and i didn't receive anything and called back, they said then that it might have been a mistake and she would ask the city assessor to contact me, which he did within 15 minutes, and he said that it was better for me, value wise and way better for the bank if i needed more money!!! LMAO If i need more money i just work more, and since he knows what is better for me i asked him if he would come and fuck my wife also?? So i called back the city and advise the lady there to put everything back as it was and next time i will sue their asses if they ever try this bullshit again. Well 6 years later they tried to increase the land values, house values etc and increase my house value from 180 000$ to 280 000$ and the land value from 20 000$ to 70 000$ LMAO So i called them back again and had it all switched back to the original value since i live in farm land country and we have no service except for garbage truck!!! We all have wells, septic tanks and police is a rarity, see them once a year drive on our street and they seem lost LOL As i told my sons, no matter what happens, keep the house and land if i die and when they run out of places to build, they will make the farmland into house land and the prices for them will go to 25$ a square foot, so i have 50 000 square feet myself and they would be rich, just another 10 years at most to wait for it ;-) Because new houses only requires 6 000 square feet of land to build LOL

When someone is nice to you and answers multiple questions, the proper response is to say thank you and not "grill" them into an uncomfortable position by demanding their last name and title. Also, when someone approaches you with their cell phone in recording mode, don't make a case out of it. After all, you are recording them so why can't they record you? By the way, you may want to take a Dale Carnegie course to learn how to "win over" people. I really love and support your actions but you need to calm down. Life is a two-way street.

I want to see an auditor conduct a 1st amendment audit dressed in a suit and tie. Dress professionaly for a change, let them know you are not there to BS. First impression goes a long way. Wear a badge that says auditor.

Have you ever heard that Iowa is an acronym for "Idiots Out Walking Around". These idiots couldn't get anything right if they tried. Judges and Attorneys don't even know the laws anymore. I have been dealing with it for several years and can tell you firsthand that they don't care about your rights, nor do they care about the law and that's assuming they knew the law to begin with. Go sit in the gallery of several courtrooms at the courthouses downtown and you will see that they are actively read and interpret the laws on the fly mid hearing and often judges will not even issue a ruling at that hearing and opt to go back to their private chambers to review the laws and issue a ruling. People aren't even entering their pleas in court out here. I could go on forever with the issues of this state and I can even provide documented evidence. There is simply way to much corruption in this state. Try auditing the Social Security Administration on 5th Ave. Their security guards are really over the top and have been for years. No other Social Security Administration that I have been too has security that goes to the lengths these guys do to perform an "Administrative Inspection" which is obviously an unlawful search in violation of the 4th Amendment, but they call it something else because people are none the wiser. Ankeny PD just promoted a Detective named James Wilson who doesn't even investigate his cases if Des Moines Area Community College Officials claim that they have already investigated, and they will not prosecute the faculty of that college even when they openly admit to destroying/discarding camera evidence which is a crime. Both James Wilson and Officers at Urbandale do not like it when you call them out on them not knowing the laws either. Just over a year ago I beat a case dealing with Urbandale that involved issues with the officer not liking that I exercised my first amendment rights and as a result to take a report when no report was going to be taken and his supervisor even said one was not necessary in the situation. Again, all because I struck his ego he filed a report. The Detective assigned for follow up immediately contacted the County Attorney with no investigation at all and immediately got charges approved by Assistant County Attorney Bret Lucas. To make matters worse and another reason they would have had an uphill battle is because the City of Urbandale has a Chapter 28E agreement with the Polk county Attorney's Office where the County Attorney delegates the responsibility of prosecuting the alleged offense to the City Attorney for the City of Urbandale. Like I said they are a bunch of idiots, and they just walk all over most people. Their solution to violations of the Eighth Amendment is to simply reduce the bond to the legal amount and pretend nothing happened rather than dismissing cases. I'm currently dealing with a civil matter involving elder abuse and the irony is that despite this being a crime here now I conveniently not charged when the police got involved. Basically, they just slap a crime label on the allegations regardless of whether it fits or not and even at the initial hearing judges are simply looking at the crime labels rather than the accusations in determining probable cause on warrantless arrests. Again, I could right a book on the corruption in this state and provide the evidence to support it.
