why would you think tht anyone other than maybe your family would want to watch a video of you walking around? in the future, put 'NO CONTACT' or something similar in the title of your video for those of us who do not want to WASTE OUR TIME.
@@OlYables I disagree. They are educational and entertaining when done right. Auditors like Jeff Gray and Phillip Hernandez and SLO do it really well. Even as an ex-cop, I like to see folks stand up for their rights, and stand up to the cops that are so used to sheep just complying with every 'command' like 'sit on the sidewalk', or 'get off public property'. I realize a lot of people don't like them because they appear to defy authority, but really in many cases, it is the cops who are exceeding theirs.
Most auditors know the law less than the cops and authorities they are often hassling just because they can. Many try to cause an incident that causes a police interaction. I don't have a problem with these guys doing what they're doing as long as they follow the law. I don't see anything in this particular video where this guy stepped over the line. Surprisingly, if he caught post office employees or customers on video that would be. That's something many people don't realize. Just because it is publicly accessible property and even owned by the government doesn't mean people can do whatever they want. Luckily for these guys, most people won't seek someone out and file a civil lawsuit against them as proving harm for these activities would be difficult but ... it could potentially happen should something occur. "The people of walmart" is an example of something that is accepted but should one of the people on there prove suffering from being displayed and find who took that photograph, they could have a winnable case against them. I'm not making this up. People have an expectation of privacy even in those settings. That's why they blur faces on videos and get releases for those who appear on video. In public areas it is a bit different and even so people will often blur faces to avoid lawsuits. If I could offer any recommendations, maybe you could spit out some info on your video of what is allowed and what isn't to make sure others are informed as much as you are. To me, that's where most auditors fail. If you inform what is legal and isn't, your channel should begin to stand out from the rest where people really don't do that. You mention the copyright music too assuming the viewer understands what that means but some don't. It is stinking youtube that is the problem when you upload that video for those that might not understand his issue with it. But there could also be a breaking of the rules if that post office doesn't have a license to broadcast that music in their location and they could be reported for doing so. I believe they're allowed to play terrestrial radio in a small location like that. Good luck in your efforts.
