I had awful cramping too, it was so scary, I was convinced I was going to start bleeding but it eventually subsided, I can't remember what week it stopped though 🤦🏻♀️ then the nausea kicked in hehe but it was all so totally worth it 💙 So excited to follow this journey of yours, you're looking beautiful and glowing 💕 lots of love from UK xxx
So glad that you're cramping is almost a thing of the past, and that your fear about a possible ectopic pregnancy was negative :) Can't wait for your next ultrasound♥
Me too! Phew! I am so relieved I haven't had any bad cramping in weeks! Thank goodness! I can't wait for my ultrasound tomorrow either! I really hope we get to hear the heartbeat! "We" as in me and all of you ;) Thank you so much as always, Hanneke!
Thank you so much for this video! I am 7dp6dt and ever since day 1 I have been experiencing moderate cramping and nausea. I swore I thought it was just me 😅 I took a pregnancy test yesterday and it was faintly positive so I'm hoping for some good news for my first beta on 11/1 ❤ congrats on your beautiful baby boy! We also transferred a boy 💙
Yes! I don’t know why not many other people talk about cramps! Even the nurses and doctor said it wasn’t normal 😂 but seems like there are more of us out there! Congratulations!!!! 🩵🩵💙🩵💙💙 I’m so happy for you!!!
Congratulations! I am keeping my fingers crossed for you! It is so comforting to know I am not the only one making this choice. I will do my retrieval in a few days, and plan to transfer the first embryo next year! :)
I’m pleased I came across this video. I’ve been having bad cramps since 2dp5dt. I’ve had losses so it’s been worrying. Love your video you seem like an amazing woman doing it on your own 🤗
I’m so glad you found my video too! I couldn’t find very many people talking about bad cramps after an embryo transfer but mine were BAD! And my transfer was successful ☺️ So hopefully that means yours was too!!! ❤️❤️❤️ Sending you all the baby dust, Elaine! 🥰
I just found out this week that my first IUI for baby number 2 has worked and I got my BFP 😁 My main symptom in my 2 ww was severe pubic bone pain. Everybody has such different symptoms. I'm also 38 and deciding to become a single mum by choice was the best decision I ever made. Do you think you'll have more than one?
Awww that just makes me feel so wonderful about my decision when I hear other SMBC talk about how it was the best decision they ever made. I think it is for me too
I have my beta in 2 days. Vivid dreams, insomnia, cramping every day. I was looking for someone who mentioned cramping too. But my breast tenderness in mild. Usually I get breast tenderness before my period...Please pray for me!!!
Your voice is so soothing! Thank you for talking about the bad cramping, I always get it at the end of week 3/beginning of week 4 and I find myself googling "cramping before bfp" or something like that :D
I find it so crazy that no one talks about bad cramping as an early pregnancy symptom when it seems like a lot of women do get it! That is so sweet of you to say my voice is soothing! I don't know if anyone has ever told me that before so that's such a nice thing to hear :) Hopefully my baby thinks so too
@@SaraMaria83 Thanks 🤗 First appointment with the fertility nurse specialist and consultant in a few hours time. Will be having an ultrasound and they will be reviewing my blood results. AMH is very low, so I'm worried. I'm a midwife myself, so I've helped 100's of women become mothers. I'm hoping its finally my turn now
You're so pregnant 😭😭😭 it makes me so happy! Do you know is natural IVF the same as mini IVF? I go in for my very first bloodwork and ultrasound to figure out initial fertility stats and my endometriosis situation. You're so inspiring 💗 I hope your pregnancy is smooth sailing!
@@SaraMaria83 so helpful! That makes a lot of sense. With both of my ovaries on my right side I am terrified of overstimulation if the doctor says I'm eligible to use my own eggs. I'll do some more research also and ask the doctor questions but this was helpful. Wish me luck tomorrow gahhhh!!!
Ohhh how interesting!!!! It's really not too bad, at least yet, so I should be ok with the peppermint but if it ever gets too bad, I will remember this!!! I forgot they make cinnamon toothpaste! Thank you so much, Melanie!
I have been watching your videos from the beginning but never was able to comment since I was watching on TV. I am so happy for you and wish you all the best on your pregnancy. I’ve learned so many things from you that have been so helpful to start my IVF journey. I am 4 days away from starting my IVF cycle and can’t wait. Any tips or anything you think it will help let me know ♥️♥️
Awww Bjondina thank you so much! 🥰🥰🥰 I’m so excited for you to begin your journey! Other than all the little tips and tricks I share in all my videos, I would just recommend being kind to yourself throughout this time ❤️ You are putting your body through a lot and you are a warrior. Always remember your strength 💞💞💞 Sending you love and baby dust! 💓
Girl I’m so happy for you!! Question for you, when do you think you’ll start setting up baby’s nursery? Do you think you’ll be making videos about how you prepare? No pressure to answer these those. Take care, beautiful! 🥰
I hope you are doing either a video log or picture log of your bump growth. I took a picture of my profile every week to watch the growth and the last picture was me holding my one week old son. 🥰
I had endometrial cancer grade 1 as well. Once i got free from cancer I transfer our #2 embryo.. today i am crazy crampy 8dpt 5dt thats how I end up seeing ur video… glad to know u conceived.. hopping i doo too… EH cancer keeps me thinking what if you know!!
Thank you so much! :) I am blown away by my channel's growth. I'm happy to be able to help others in some way with my content. It makes it all worth it
Same! Yes, thank you for talking about this. I had terrible cramping (much worse than menstrual and my periods have always been bad) starting 3dp5dt (FET) that would we wake me up several times a night. It would last 5-10 minutes each time. I assumed it was from the (exogenous) progesterone as it would always happen shortly after taking it. Now, I see it that perhaps it may not be related to the external progesterone as yours was endogenous and still occurring-Thank you for sharing. Congratulations!!
My first fresh 5 day embryo transfer was last Monday 24th. Since then I have searched through so many videos to see if anyone has talked about the cramps. I’ve had period like cramps since then. They’re sporadic like “contractions” throughout the day unlike period cramps which feel more consistent (I’ll cramp for hours). 7 days past transfer, I don’t think it worked but it was so good to finally come across your video and hear I’m not alone with the bad cramps 😭❤️🙏🏻
I'm so glad you commented to let me know that my video was helpful! I don't know why no one else talks about cramps! Like contractions - exactly! Not that I truly know what contractions would be like but still. I had them with both transfers (with my first that didn't work as well as with this one that did). I really hope your transfer does end up being successful!
@@SaraMaria83 So helpful! And thank YOU for posting it for people like me anxious in their TWW. Idk what they are like but Contraction was the best way to describe it since they are so sporadic and some worse then others! My Beta is Saturday so I’ll take all the baby dust I can get 🙌🏻🙏🏻 Congratulations to you and I pray you have a healthy and safe pregnancy!! ❤️❤️
I just wanted to come back to this and update that sadly our 1st IVF failed. I am on IVF #2 and 5 days post 5 day FET and I’ve got only right sided pelvic pain vs the reg cramps I was feeling last time. Im feeling hopeful about this one and praying if this is implantation cramps that our little embryo sticks!! 1st Beta on the 25th! 🙏🏻
@@MsQueBella how was your second transfer? I had my pregnancy test done this morning, pending results. I have had persistent cramps x 16 hours since yesterday
I’m glad everything is going well! We’re trying a naturalist transfer this time. Because if my PCOS I’ll have to do letrozole and 2 days of menopur and the trigger. I’ll probably have to do a couple days of estrogen since I have a thin lining but I think we’re forgoing progesterone completely
That's very similar to what I did since I also have PCOS! I took letrozole cycle days 3-7 then did a trigger shot. Just supplemented with 1 progesterone suppository per night but I really don't think I need it honestly so I went down to every other night. Might not even need that haha! Good luck with your transfer! I am so excited for you, Heather!
Hi, I am endometriosis patient and having 2 cm cyst on my right ovary.. i hade my day 5 frozen embryo transfer done on 31st may and today is day 14 I am cramping from day 5 and it feels like period cramps on both the sides of lower abdomen .. doctor scheduled Beta HCG on 16th .. currently i am on medicines and worried about reports 😢
Cramping can be a very good sign from my experience!!! I’ll be sending you baby dust that you get a nice high beta on the 16th!!! ❤️❤️❤️ Congratulations! 🥰
Everybody›s symptoms are not the same i just had a BFP yesterday 11/11/21 i am grateful to God the major symptoms i had were breast tenderness mild pressure at the lower right side of my tummy it comes and goes like 4/5 times in the TWW and massive hunger pangs and tiredness thats all congratulations and wishing everyone on this journey a huge success
Thank you so much, Mary! :) I worked from home 4 days per week only going into the office one day per week prior to COVID. Since COVID, I've been 100% work from home. I will have 3 months of paid maternity leave and after that, my mom will be here daily to watch the baby while I work from home. I am pretty sure I will remain working from home for the foreseeable future :)
Hi,I had my blastocyst transfer on nov.1 And frm past two days I feel full and don't feel hungry at all plus I'm having bad cramping in lower abdomen for like 10 seconds at intervals of every 1-1.5 hours. I'm also getting a very faint second line on upt.
Hi, I just came across your video. At some point did you think you were going to your period (like you were suppose to get it, in that time period)? I'm currently 4dpt, my 2nd cycle and it is medicated because the first one was natural but it was a failed transfer..
Not really because I started getting the positive pregnancy tests pretty early on and the cramping felt soooo different than my period cramps. They were crazy intense. I really hope you get your BFP this time!!! Sending baby dust your way! ❤️❤️❤️
Could some women just have a higher pain tolerance than others? I had an ERA cycle done and watched a few women post about their experience and some told stories about how painful it was. Mine just reminded me of paps mear no biggie to me but everyone is different
Definitely! I think it has more to do with the different circumstances surrounding the biopsy…a woman’s lining, her cervix, the doctor, etc. I have a really high pain tolerance and a lot of other things that women said were super painful were nothing to me…like the HSG for example. But the biopsy was very painful to me.
Thanks for sharing. Pregnancy symptoms is different for everyone which is weird to say not all of us will have the same symptoms. My mom had none with me and my sister only had nausea. Good to share the cramping experience which most woman maybe having. Are you extra tired now?
I know it's crazy!!! I'd love to be one of the women who has NO symptoms at all. Now that my bad cramping is gone though, I am not having any symptoms that truly bother me so that's good. I do get tired here and there and definitely go to bed earlier at night but not to the point of true exhaustion all the time yet at least :)
@@SaraMaria83 awe! Thanks you didn’t have to do that. It’s a channel mostly about my wigs 😆🤣but I am doing an update about my transfer on Thursday or after my transfer. Wish me luck!
I think if you’re doing a natural transfer with an HCG trigger shot, it’s good to start testing right away so you can test out the trigger so you know when the trigger is out of your system and any positive test that gets darker is definitely a true positive :) With a medicated transfer and no trigger shot, I’d say you could start testing as early as 4 DPT. That’s just my opinion though ☺️
It is true that people just don’t talk about their cramps.!!!! I’m on my post 7th day of day 3 embryo transfer.!!! If you can tell me did you have leg and back cramps too .!!! Cause I’m having it lately and these are the exact cramps that I get before my periods .!!! Please help 😢
I had my transfer 4/24/21 3day old embryo and only had mild cramping for 3 days no other side effects no other sings I took a pregnancy test today and negative! I’m on day 8 post transfer I’m sooo sad 😞 because I have no symptoms! So I don’t know if this worked I’m due to go get my beta test on 5/8/21 please please pray for me for a positive pregnancy 😭🙏🙏
If you are only 8 days post 3 day transfer, that is still early and you could still get your positive in the next few days. I will be sending you ALLLL the baby dust and positive vibes for a positive beta on 05/08/21, Lui!
Good luck, have faith, breathe and does stress yourself out about it, the mild cramping is a good thing and like Sara Maria mentioned it might be too early for a positive test, so hang tight and keep us posted.
Please some body tell me ,how to accept donor sperm b/c my hasband he can not have a children and we did ivf with sperm donor and we have 3 embryos and it's very hard for me to accept 😢 😔 for me after I did 😢 I cry every day!
@@SaraMaria83 Thank you for your response, my transfer is tomorrow and my progesterone is really good, but the clinic is offering me a suppository just to be safe, similar to yours. I think I will go for it. 🙂
@@gloriaokocha2605 mine was pretty high too but I just said what the heck as well 😂 Why not! I didn’t experience too many issues with just one each night!
I have my beta test April 3rd I’m so scared. I have a 6 year old, one miscarriage 2020 & haven’t gotten pregnant since. Did 3 IUI’s (failed) Did my first Ivf on the 19 and I get my beta April 3rd. It’s been a emotional/physical process
@@SaraMaria83please this is 2 days post Embryo transfer I have heavy cramping and I just spotted blood.. is it not too early?? What does it mean because I am on progesterone insert and drugs
@@pricelesspurity2719 I had 2 friends with excessive bright red bleeding throughout their first trimester and everything was ok! Both babies alive and well! Hopefully yours is nothing to worry about too ❤️
