You don't read M1934 as M and single digits 1-9-3-4. It is just Gun Model 1934 as year it was put in to service/design. Full name would be Škoda Model 1934 heavy howitzer but in Romania service it got a designation just M34.
I hate missing Tacam r2 but instead finding all kind of things never used by romanians, like mounted 37 AA. It also mises the JRS 79 B1, would have been a nice adition in fase A, with the 20 mm gun strafing the ground, after dropping the bombs. Also R2 or T38 would have been more appropriate in the recon tab
the strafing with JRS 79 wasn't used anymore in 1944; for 37 mm AA, this was produced under license and FAMO F3 was used by quite a few Romanian divisions (1 Armored, 5 and 8 Cavalry); Check "Artileria Romanana in date si imagini" there's a picture with FAMO F3 with 37 mm near a 82 mm mortar; There are no R-2 - Pz.25(t) or T-38 - Pz.38(t) in this divisions....were somewhere else during Iasi-Chisinau operation. Tacam R-2 will be in Army General... ;)
@@steppewolfro8822 jrs 79b1 were built in 44 so yes they were used for strafing( even if thw tactic lead to heavy losses). I guess you confuse it with IAR 81 used for bombing, in june 44 all teoratically all iar 81 were stripped of their bombracks. I wasn't aware of the Famo with 37 AA. I know that all R2, T 38, were not part of 1st Blindata in august 44, but also the R1 was relagated from active service in 44. I understand this is a game, some historical aspects must be bend, but to find IAR 80 with AT rockets ( romanians tested Air-Air rocket on Iar 80 an concluded this is a bad ideea and cancelled the project) instead of Tacam r2, (i also don't see Ford Rusesc de captura) is a little bit to much for me
@@steppewolfro8822 i checked that photo. It doesn't prove anything. The picture was made in '41 ( romanian soldiers carries the white armlet. This happend only in 41) and the FAMO truck entered in romanian service in 43.
@@sebipatru armlet was carried in many occasions, even in 1945 wether was white, yellow or flag, even in 1945; IAR-81 did carried out occasional bombing missions albeit rarely
@@steppewolfro8822 wait, what?!? The armlet was carried in 41, because germans requested this. For them the romanian uniform was too similiar to the soviet one.
It’s really annoying that you can’t at least merge the remains of squads to form new ones. Just a bunch of loan soldiers wandering around being useless
