I guess you know it by now, but if some of the viewers wonder. The clear coversheet is poured glue. That is usualy concidered the best glue. It do not buble, and you can roll the canvas as you please. You can slide the drills on this glue. The canvas with white coversheet is double sided tape. It can buble, and wrinkles and creases in the canvas can make the drills pop off. (There is many videos on how to fix the this.) Double sides tape canvas shold not be rolled after you unroll it.

I don’t empty all the drills into the storage containers when there are a lot of one color. I open one bag at a time and put the others aside and refill as needed. I also found on Amazon great containers. The company is Darice and they have various size containers so you can use the larger ones if you have greater quantities and the smaller ones usually will hold at least 2 or 3 bags. It is Darice Elizabeth Ward Bead Storage Solutions: 45-Piece Assorted Storage Tray, 42 Containers of Various Sizes with a Tray and Lid for Beads and More, EWC0510. I think you will find it extremely helpful when kitting your DP projects. Hope this info helps you.

I'm going to start doing that moving forward. One bag of drills takes up 4+ boxes. I went this weekend and bought some plastic tupperware and will start putting drills in them.

I do the same thing. I fill up only one which takes 4 little bags. It can fit 5 but it might spill out lol. I have the rest set aside for more. :)

you can always have the frame made and ship the painting in the frame and when it gets to you in your new home take it out of the frame and finish it there, this will also protect the painting from damage

I love your videos! These colors are soooo vibrant and that canvas is so clear. As a very cheap tip, save prescription bottles.. they are awesome for large quantities of diamonds and the safety caps make them very secure.

@@ForeignServiceCrafter It's a 45x60 Chinese girl. This one is for the hallway and it has three greens ,two pinks and lots of different greys. I dread doing one of the pinks because they're full of holes and misshapes. I will probably have to get more drills. I am definitely doing a bright one next.😘😊🤗.

Two movies that are wonderful but makes me ugly cry are "Simon Birch" and "Powder". They're older movies, but they're awesome. I hate to watch them, though, because I hate to cry, but I tend to forget and watch them again when they come on TV. LOL

The canvases with clear covers are poured glue and the canvases with the opaque covers are double-sided adhesive. The double-sided gets the air bubbles and rivers but the poured glue doesn't (that I'm aware of) because it's not a sheet that air can get trapped under.

Non-glare glass will make it sparkle much less! Watch Stitceresta RU-vid channel on her framing. She uses a clear plastic she orders. Just a heads up. I'm new to the DP world of beautiful also! They also use a sealer on the DP's. Watch Jennifer Roberts Diamond Painting. (Spelling ? TOMBO)...You will recognize it as soon as you watch her sealing her tulips! That does not dull the sparkle!!! 😁💜💎

I would begin with 310's because they will give you patches of color to fill in . I watch a lady from England who does hers that way . I find it keeps me from missing spots .

It looks so beautiful that I think I’m gonna bu it for myself. I love Disney characters. What’s funny is that I live only an hour an 15 minutes from Disney World, but we can’t seem to find the time to go because of work and we’ve been here for almost four years now. Just like anything else, you take it for granted because it’s there and you know that you can go any time you want. The thing is, that you never do. If you decide to buy the pick me up pen, make sure that you empty the barrel and replace the tack with the wax that comes with the diamond painting. The tacky stuff in the pen, does leave a film on the diamond drills when it’s completely dry. Danielle from Stichesrista have found the same problem, so she’s back to using the regular wax.

Hello, it's a very beautiful and large size DP. I think a Darice Elizabeth ward for storage the beads will be good. (I know it's expensive but I buy it and it's better for large DP. I have many plastic boxes like you. (I use them for the smaller now.)

I make the Darice organizer empty by storing the beads in bags when I finish the DP, so I can use it again for a another one. I could make that because I haven't do a very large DP yet.

Great start on your painting and look at you girl with your three placer ...your a wiz at that. So if your looking at trying out a different craft over there...I know I know like you need another one right ...check out Punch Needle it is fun and relaxing

After you use the three place a while you will start placing 2 and 1 with it it goes really fast then dont let the size overwhelm you do it the same way you eat an elephant. One bite at a time lol loved the show

You do t have to take the tacky stuff out of the pen if you don’t want to, but it will leave a film on your shinny diamond drills. It’s all a personal preference. Some people like and some people don’t. The pen that comes with the kit, works the best for me. Enjoy your day.

@@ForeignServiceCrafter i started with snow white as well, like you i like to work right to left. With a smaller canvas i would usually rotate it and start at the top right. I actually removed a portion of the plastic and put parchment paper down. Its easier. To work with i think.

The pick me up pen is crappy . The end is large hard to place drills straight. The end comes loose a lot and when you twist it to tighten it the stuff comes out . Also be careful if the pen slips off the diamonds the tacky stuff gets all over the canvas and it does not come off . It's very messy.Painting looks great . I bought mine along time ago but have not started it. But hope to soon .

I took the tip from one of my diamond pens and put it into the pick me up pen. It works great. I hope that helps.

HAAHA. good point! My idea of "cold weather" has changed after living in the Middle East/North Africa for so long. I would love the opportunity to live somewhere that has snow storms and feet of snow fall. Right now a 60 degree day is a bit chilly for me. I miss wearing large winter coats!

I’m going to start diamond painting and I’m super excited!!!! I’m just curious about two things that I wasn’t able to find on any videos so far; the first thing is when your doing section by section when you’re done for the day what do you do with the pen? Do you cover it so the wax will be ok to use in the pen when you do another section another day? Second: when you’re completely done and ready to frame it do you cut off the legend on the side?

Chelsea Good questions Chelsea! I just set my pen down for the night. I don’t cover it or scrape the wax out. The wax won’t dry. - For the legend area of another painting I did I used that space to cut the canvas to fit the frame I bought. This painting is so large I’ll just put fancy duct tape on the sides (covering the legend) and display it that way.

Hello! I bought it on AliExpress and it appeared with the name Full Diamond and it turned out to be an imitation. Unfortunately I didn't pay attention and I saw the link you shared in the video late. Apparently they make patterns with a computer program occupying a photo of the original. I am asking for the refund. Amazon is no longer available, if you know where you could get it, I would really appreciate it

As far as I know the glue is applied differently when you have the plastic cover.

There's probably a seller on Ali Express that has it in square. This one came from Amazon and they only offer it in round at the moment. Do you prefer square paintings?

I used your and other's experiences with Heartful to make the decision of who to go with for my custom of my very special dog. I want everyone to know how bad my experience with them was. My male dog was presented to them with a pearl gray background. They made it pink. 12,000 pink drills. I am willing to trade them for the correct color, they sell drills, it should be an easy request. They refuse, they say I sent a pastel picture - it's actuality my thumbnail icon, with the background removed and replaced with gray. The customer service is awful. They are standing their ground - that my background is correct. I'm very disappointed in this company.

Our time in Tunisia is coming to an end. We move every 1 - 4 years. How long we stay in each country depends on a lot of factors like security and what life is like there. We've been here for 3 years now and this summer we ship out. :(
