I would say if they reopen ghtv they should make it so you don't need currency to play songs and activate star power and change all the songs to the full versions of them.
You're right, they are shut down. This is a custom song. invoxiplays and The GH Nerd spent a lot of time getting the game working on PC through an emulator and hacked the game to allow custom songs.
